2001 series integrated water purifier
The 2001 series of integrated water purifiers are based on the YZJ series of water purification. Based on the combination of hydration and aerodynamic principles such as coagulation chemistry, hydrocyclone, and hydraulic shock, the coagulation reaction, suspension clarification, inclined pipe sedimentation, Filtration, sludge concentration and other processes are skillfully combined into one, and are equipped with a simple and efficient dedicated tube mixer, which realizes a highly automated turbidity-removing integrated water purifier with automatic or hydraulic control. The difference from the YZJ series lies in the vertical water purifier with its settling chamber above and filter chamber below.
Its own characteristics are:
- The processing steps are arranged vertically, with a smaller footprint and flexible layout.
- The settling chamber uses a cone bottom to discharge mud, which has a good mud removal effect and avoids the disadvantage of poor mud removal effect of a porous pipe.
- It can be designed to handle water between 50 ~ 200 cubic meters per hour.
