According to the spirit of the document "Issuance of the" Implementation Plan for the Implementation of the Rectification of the Feedback Issues of the Fourth Inspection Team of the Central Inspection Team of Kai Phosphorus Group "", Guizhou Kai Phosphate Fertilizer Co., Ltd. plans to adopt a "near-source interception" in the northeast of Jiaoyishan Phosphogypsum Slag Yard "Drainage" measures, the establishment of interception and drainage section, improving the efficiency of intercepting sewage, reducing the cost of Wujiang 34 spring treatment, minimizing the pollutant content of sewage, so that the total phosphorus content of Wujiang 34 spring reaches the target set by the provincial government. Through demonstration, the work goal is to increase the current 200-300m 3 / h pumping capacity to 500-600m 3 / h, which is expected to reduce the total phosphorus in the 34th spring sewage to less than 50PPm. Since the current sewage treatment device cannot meet the 500-600m 3 / h treatment capacity requirement, a 600m 3 / h sewage treatment device needs to be simultaneously constructed. Considering that the general calcium phosphate wastewater treatment method has a high cost, and a large amount of sludge residue will be stored after the treatment, Guiyang Kai Phosphate Fertilizer Co., Ltd. plans to invest in Guiyang Kai Phosphate Fertilizer Co., Ltd. through process tests and water balance structure in the production area. Through the use of pretreatment + ultrafiltration + RO reverse osmosis technology, the phosphorus and fluorine in wastewater can be reused and turned into waste.
